Thank you for considering Al Foxx as a speaker for your event. Please read through the following information.

 

 

 

 

Speaking Fees

The fees will be paid in two installments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due no later than 30-60 days prior to the event. This will guarantee Al Foxx's availability on the date(s) you have requested. The balance will be paid to Al Foxx in person at the event. There are several factors that determine Speaking Fees. Presentation fees are usually in the range of $500-$2,500, but delivering Al's message of hope and inspiration is what's most important, so we make allowances for special circumstances. If you are seriously considering to have Al as a speaker at your function, we recommend filling out our In-Depth Questionnaire.

Travel Expenses 

Travel expenses, meals and hotel accommodations are paid in addition to the speaking fees. Events within driving distance from Seattle will be  paid at the going rate. If there are expenses which are not paid directly by your organization, Al Foxx will send you receipts for reimbursement at the earliest convenience.

Air Travel

Unless otherwise negotiated, the host organization will pay for round trip, coach airfare from Seattle to your destination. Al Foxx will book his own flights and send you a copy of the itinerary and invoice. Please reimburse the cost of the flight upon receipt of the invoice. Al Foxx will not pay for his ticket until the 50% speaking fee deposit is received. (Please be prompt; a delay may mean an increase in airfare!)

Accommodations 

In order for Al Foxx to be well prepared for your event, pIease arrange for a comfortable and separate lodging facility for him to sleep, if he will be staying overnight., In the case of a retreat for example, this means a separate room or building from the rest of the group. Please guarantee the room for late arrival.

Taping 

Please do not make any audio or video tapes of Al Foxx's presentation without first receiving express written consent.


 Winners Don't Quit Association is a non-profit organization with a 501 C3 status. (See verification at WA State Website).  Any contributions are tax deductible and will enable Al Foxx to speak at schools and other organizations that ordinarily wouldn't be able to afford a presentation.

Anyone who makes a tax deductible donation of $25.00 or more will be able to receive a downloadable copy of Al Foxx's book No Limits. Just email us to confirm that you have made a donation and we will give you the link to download the book and/or to read it online.
